A LITTLE CLARITY

Before you
take the leap.

Your questions, answered.

What is the difference between the funding options?

Fully funded is a competitive scholarship route with a €30 registration fee (€20 participation + €10 visa invitation letter) and program fee coverage if selected. Partially funded is €60 (€45 participation + €15 visa invitation letter). Self funding costs €250 (€200 participation + €50 visa invitation letter) and follows the non-competitive participation route, subject to documents and organizer approval.

Does paying guarantee a fully funded place?

No. The fully funded fee is for applying, not purchasing a scholarship. Applicants must complete the required essays, documentation and selection process. Paying does not guarantee selection.

Do I need an account to apply?

No. Enter your details in the one-time application, review your chosen funding option and pay by card through the secure checkout link. Your details are not saved or submitted by this preview.

What about flights, accommodation and visa costs?

These costs are not guaranteed by the packages shown here. Check the organizer’s final guidebook and written confirmation for accommodation, meals, local transport, flights and visa support before making any payment.

Can I make a payment now?

Payment links are not yet connected. You can review the application and payment options, but no money is collected and no application is submitted until the organizer connects the required services.
